• Qualified athletes need to declare by Nov. 25 , Athletes can still qualify at Sr. Champs

• 3 ½ Prelim / Final Meet
• Squads Eligible - SR National , SR 1  - Minimum attendance required to qulify for the trip.

          Attendance: Not met - No trip . Non Negotiable

ShAC Winter Distance Challenge (ShAC) - January 8, 2023

• 400 IM / 500 FREE / 1650 FR
• 11&Up

AQUA January Meet - Timed Final (2 sessions perday) (AQUA) - January 14-15, 2023

12&Under Champs (TBA) - February 17-19 , 2023

• 2 ½ Day Timed Final Meet

13&Up Champs (TBA) - February 24-26, 2023

Swim Clinic

David Johnston , World Recored Holder (800 FR SCM) , a Dallas native and  NCAA Qualifier from University of Texas is hold a swim clinic at ShAC.

When: Dec 26th , 2022 ; 10:00AM-12:PM

Cost : $20.00 per swimmer

Any swimmer can go. Its geared towards 14&under. He has some tips for parents also at the end.
