- Water Babies(4 months- 24 months old)- Parents must be in water with their child. This class will help teach parents and their babies to be water safe using songs and games In a fun group setting. (offered during the summer months)
- Level I (Beginners)- Here your swimmer will learn to be comfortable and safe in the water by blowing bubbles, back floating, learning freestyle, as well as body position in the water, and will learn water safety rules. Assistance needed at all times with swimmer by instructor.
- Level II (Intermediate)- Building upon Level 1, swimmers will gain even more confidence and safety to swim on their own with little to no assistance from the instructor. Will learn proper breathing for freestyle, Introduction to backstroke, and get stronger.
- TNT :Technique N Training (Blue & Orange ) - This level is for those swimmers who can swim a full lap freestyle and backstroke without stopping and need to learn breaststroke and butterfly and improve on their technique in freestyle and backstroke. Must be able to swim one lap freestyle and one lap backstroke unassisted. MUST BE EVALUATED PRIOR TO REGISTRATION. Swimmer evaluations are held Friday's 7:00 pm at our BTA outdoor pool with Coach Earl!
- Flip turn class- This class is for the swimmers who already know their strokes but might need some help to improve on their 4 competitive stroke turns and the IM transitions.
- Stroke Camps- 4 or 5 day camps offered during school breaks to help kids correct their strokes. Swimmers will work one competitive stroke a day in a small group. Swimmers must already know the 4 competative strokes.
- High School Preperation Camp- Daily camp for High School kids who are looking to get an edge for tryouts. Mini session starting May. Full 5 day a week program in June and July. They will work strokes while getting a workout to improve their endurance and prepare them for High School tryouts. Class held in the evening to allow swimmers to work and participate in other activities.
- Private lessons- One to One ratio. 30 mintue lesson customized to your swimmers personal needs and goals.

TNT
Technique N training is a program created for kids who already know how to swim and are wanting to develop the four competitive strokes. This program will help teach proper technique of Fly, Backstroke, Breastroke, and Freestyle along with teaching swimmers the fundamentals to year-round swimming like how to read a pace clock, flip turns, and swimming sets. This program is meant to help prepare your swimmer for the competitive swimming environment.

High School Prep Program
Let us help keep your High School swimmer wet and in shape this summer. We will focus on stroke technique, strength training and flexibility with dry land, turns and underwater, and help keep your swimmer conditioned for High School tryouts in August. This will be a NON competitive group.
