Due to current social distancing procedures we are limited to 4 swimmers per lane at ShAC.

6:00 - 7:00 AM on Tuesday & Thursday (Community, Alumni, Student)

6:00 - 7:00 PM Wednesday  (Community, Alumni, Student)

12:00 - 1:00 PM on Tuesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday  ( Lunch Bunch Community, Alumni, Student, Weekend Warrior)

Twin Lake Practices (Open Water) 

Swimmers must have a personal life bouy in order to swim at the lake.

We swim Friday PM through Monday AM Longcourse on the following weekends.

LC Practice Schedule for June, July and August:

We will use the following schedule for Longcourse and Shortcourse practices starting June 5th unless otherwise noted via email, twitter and the coaching staff.
