RICE Aquatics is excited to announce that the recreation center has begun allowing training groups back on campus for our program. Our Senior swimmers began swimming at RICE June 1st and our Group 4 will begin on June 14th. This puts Masters, Seniors and Group 4 either fully or partially back on campus for training. RICE Aquatics is excited to announce that it has partnered with Tellepsen Downtown YMCA to offer our Flight School Programing. With the new partnership this puts our Age Group, Masters and Flight School programing back in the water for the Fall Sessions. The Flight School groups will be utilizing the indoor 25 yard pool 4:00 - 5:30 pm Monday - Thursday as an entry point for swimmers into RICE Aquatics. Parents - I wanted to send out a quick email addressing some general questions about Summer swim camps. I am specifically going to talk about travel camps such as UT or A&M. Ultimately the difference between the two camps from my experience has been very little.
