Welcome to the Sharks Swim Club (TX) Electronic Registration platform for 2022-2023

We are pleased to offer electronic payment processing and registration. The process is simple for both new and returning members. You'll get access to your own private account that will enable you to easily declare/opt out for swim meets, sign-up for jobs, see your children's swim times history, maintain your own contact information, and more.

PLEASE READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE CONTINUING!

USA Swimming Registration will be handled differently beginning this year. Upon completion of this registration process you will only be paying Sharks’ registration fee.  USA Swimming Registration is now va separate fee that you will be paying directly to USA Swimming using a debit or credit card.  If you do not have a debit or credit card you may purchase one from most stores, Kroger, HEB etc.  Our administrator will not be able to register your swimmer(s) with USA Swimming, and families must pay for USA Swimming Registration separately from Sharks’ Registration.

It is very important that families regularly check their emails for the new registration process. New swimmers new to USA Swimming will receive a link to register their swimmer around September 1, 2022.  Returning USA swimming members will receive a link to re-register their swimmer in the month of October 2022. 
 

NEW Swimmers: 

If your swimmer has not been evaluated by our coaches, please email [email protected], regarding group placements, group criteria, competition schedules, etc.  You may sign up for an evaluation with one of our coaches HERE  New swimmers to Sharks must be evaluated prior to registration.
 

Follow the steps below for Returning SHARKS Swimmers and select the group assigned by SHARKS Coaching staff for your child after group placement.

Your registration includes a team t-shirt and latex team cap. We will be ordering Silicone team caps, with personalization options in early September.  Personalized silicone caps are ordered twice a year, once in the fall and once in the spring.

We  offer discounts for 2nd and 3rd siblings on training fees.  For monthly training fees, 2nd swimmer receives a 10% discount and 3rd swimmer receives a 20% discount.  Any additional swimmers will receive the same discount as 3rd swimmer.

There is a 10% discount of monthly dues for each swimmer paid in full through July 2023. If you wish to pay your training fees annually instead of monthly, please contact [email protected] prior to August 30th for assistance.  

Please make sure you enter your swimmer's LEGAL full first and full middle name (not just initial) and full last name.
