Free Notary Service for ISC and Mel Zajac Participants

May 1, 2019

For those athletes attending either the ISC Medley Challenge in Victoria or Mel Zajac in Vancouver later this month, we are required to have a notarized letter giving us permission to take your children on the team travel meet across the border. This document is a requirement and athletes will not be permitted to travel on either of these trips without it. We are offering 2 session in which you can come get your documents notarized for free, through the generous donation of services by Deirdre Vassallo. You are welcome to get the doument notarized on your own but we wanted to offer this to you free of charge if you so wish to take advantage of it.

The specific document you will need is uploaded on the Meet Information page for each specific meet. Please print it and fill it out but do NOT sign it. You will need to sign the document in front of the Notary. Additionally, you will need to bring photo ID. Both parents (or custodial parent) or legal guardians need to be present to sign the document.

The free Notary service will be held in the SHARC lobby and the dates are as follows:

Monday, May 6th 5:30-7:00 PM

Thursday, May 9th 6:00-7:00 PM
