Before proceeding with registration as a new swimmer, please make sure that your swimmer has completed an evaluation and has been placed in a group by a KSC coach.  Your registration will not be approved until you have completed the appropriate steps. Welcome to the  Kamehameha Swim Club Electronic Registration platform for our upcoming swim season! This registration is for swimmers who have already participated in a tryout and have been placed in a group.   If you have not yet participated in a tryout and do not have a group DO NOT CONTINUE with registration. 

 

We are pleased to offer electronic payment processing and registration. The process is simple for both new and returning members. You'll get access to your own private account that will enable you easily declare for swim meets, sign-up for jobs, see your children's swim times histories, maintain your own contact information, and more.  The $135.00 new team registration fee will include USA Swimming yearly registration, KSC team shirt, and KSC swim cap. 

 

Please carefully read all documents provided as part of this registration as they describe important Kamehameha Swim Club policies and obligations for which you will be held responsible throughout your membership with KSC. KSC FEES

 

Registration payment must be made via credit card.  After registration is processed and approved, you may login to your account and change payment to another credit card or EFT (electronic funds transfer via bank account).  Note, KSC accepts payments via credit card and electronic funds transfer (EFT) only.  We are unable to accept personal checks.

 

If you are new to KSC and have not had a coach evaluation for group placement, please email the team website to request a tryout before proceeding with this registration. Each potential new member must be evaluated before joining so that he or she can be placed in the appropriate training group; you will need to know the training group to be able to complete the online registration. 

NOTE: If your athlete is 17 years old or older, please use the link on the following agreement form 5 to fulfill the mandatory APT training. Certificates of completion should be emailed to the KSC Registrar at [email protected] Registrations for athletes 17 and older cannot be submitted until APT training has been completed.

If you do not receive a notification from the system indicating that your registration and payment have been processed, your registration is NOT complete even if you have entered information into the system. Your registration must be complete and birth certificate/USA Swimming registration form (new members) sent before your child(ren) can attend practice.
