Aloha.

MAGSA (Maui Age Group Swim Association) puts on seven short course meets September-February, seven long course meets March-August, and lots of fun meets and 12 and under meets throughout the year.  These meets typically have 100-225 swimmers from beginner to sectional level swimmers.  Visiting swimmers are welcome.

Swimmers from all USA Swimming Local Swim Clubs are welcome to enter any of our MAGSA meets, "Fun" meets, or the Sakamoto Invitational on Memorial Day weekend in late May.  International swimmers from FINA Federations are also welcome to these meets.  Some FINA federations need no invitations or special form (See Foreign Visitors under Visitors drop down menu).

Check our meet schedule (and events) by selecting MAGSA Schedule on the MAGSA drop-down menu.

To enter, either

  • Have your coach/entry person download the TM Entry File into their Team Management software, create an entry file and email to the entry person identified on the meet notice (Malcolm Cooper for Maui meets).
  • OR ... Bring your "USA-Swimming" athlete card for the current year.  Email Coach Malcolm your Official USA-Swimming name (with middle initial), Birthdate, USA-Swimming ID, and events to swim with Entry times.

Payment ($1/event) is done with a check to Maui Dolphins Swim club or cash presented AT THE MEET to the Clerk of Course.

These are official sanctioned USA-Swimming meets, and results are posted to SWIMS (the USA-Swimming times database).  Please pick up ribbons before leaving the meet (they are printed at the end of the meet).

DIVE CERTIFICATION: Please either bring proof of diver certification from your USA-Swimming team, or have a coach you're practicing with while on Maui certify that you can do shallow dives per USA-Swimming regulations.

Please come race with us!
