Swim Meets: How to Sign Up

When you are notified that your swimmer is eligible for an upcoming swim meet, you need to let the coaches know if he or she will participate.

The easiest way to sign up ("declare" or "commit") or decline meet participation is through the Rainbow Aquatics website or the OnDeck app. If you don’t have the OnDeck app, you can download it in your app store and log in using the same username and password you use to access the Rainbow Aquatics website.

  • Follow these step-by-step instructions to sign up or decline (click link).
  • Once your swimmer is signed up, you can choose their events or let the coaches choose. Either way, coaches will review and approve your swimmer's events. 

  • Note that there is no option to sign-up once the deadline has passed.

  • Your Rainbow Aquatics account will be charged for each meet event your swimmer is signed up for (cost per event is indicated in the meet notice). These fees go directly to the host team and are non-refundable, so if your swimmer misses the meet for any reaon, meet fees will not be refunded.

  • Additional information will be sent out to committed swimmers a few days prior to the meet (i.e., arrival times, volunteer requirements, etc.).
