Please follow the steps below to sign up for a meet.
 
To sign up using a web browser:
Click on this link to go to the Team Events page
Click on the "Attend/Decline" button next to the Nov 16 meet
Click on swimmer name
Under Declaration, select "Yes"
Scroll down and select the events you would like to swim (up to 5 total events)
 
To sign up using the OnDeck app for iOS or Android:
Open the OnDeck App
From the menu button on the top left corner, select "Events" and then "Events and Meet Entries"
Press "Declare"
Select your Swimmer's name
Select "Yes, please."
Click on the Blue Banners to expand the event selection
Click the boxes next to the events you want to swim (up to 5 total events)
Press Save changes
 
If you are unclear which events to sign up for, please take some time to email or talk to your child's coach.  Relays will be assigned by coaches based on availability.  If you do not want to participate in the relays for some reason, please indicate that in the notes section while signing up...but really, who doesn't love a relay?
 
A reminder that there is a $2.00 meet fee per event ($0.50 per person per relay) that will be invoiced to your account soon after the meet.  Meet entries should be made no later than the Monday prior to the meet.  If you are going to "scratch" (not participate) in an event you signed up for, please let the coach know as soon as possible.
 
Also, remember that each meet needs many volunteers.  Please take minute to sign up for job by clicking on the Events page and clicking on the "Job Signup" button.
