When sending payment for proof of time please send with the TISCA Payment Form in order for the correct credit to be applied to your team. The athlete first and last name and the state meet event must be listed on the form.

Yes, there will be a proof of time volunteer available on deck. Check or cash only accepted for payment.
VERIFICATION: A swimmer who does not attain the qualifying time for an event during competition in this championship meet will be required to provide proof of entered time. This includes swimmers who are disqualified (DQ) or did not swim (NS) the event as they did not attain the qualifying time. The only valid proof of time will be official meet results from the meet where the time was attained. Failure to provide entry time verification within 30 days of the meet will result in a $50 fine charged to the team per instance. Once 30 days have passed, then proofs will no longer be accepted and fines must be paid. Times may be proved and/or fines may be paid at the meet venue. Fines must be paid in cash (exact amount only) or by check. Please note that a team will not be allowed to participate in future TISCA Championship Swim Meets until all outstanding fines have been paid. Official meet results are defined as results achieved in high school competition or meets such as USA Swimming, AAU, or Y meets. “Exhibition” swims should be shown as part of the official meet results. A certified official who was present must sign Time Trial results. Team Manager reports are not valid proofs of time. Check or cash only accepted for payment.
Yes, Warm up assignments will be emailed and posted to the TISCA website after all requests and entries have been received. You can imagine the big puzzle TNAQ must put together to accommodate all the team requests. We appreciate your patience. Yes, you may pay for more than one team and extra coach wristbands with one check. Annotate on the check memo line team names and provide the entry recap form found in the meet packet to ensure proper credit to your team/s.
Yes, you may mail your check to TNAQ but it must be received by TNAQ before the meet check in.

Yes, Team photographers need a deck pass. Deck pass for photographers is the same $20 fee as an extra coach pass. Deck pass must be requested before Tuesday at 6 PM.

Yes, parking is free. There will be free parking in the Kingston Lot. Shuttles will run every 10-15 minutes from the lot. You may drop your swimmers at the door and then park. Be mindful of traffic. Buses will also park in the Kingston Lot in a designated area.
