The "Dry Curriculum" walks athletes though themes like culture, consistency, body langauge and behaviors that can lift each other up and strengthen our team, along with technical topics like energy systems, water flow, physiology and basic forms.  We educate and onramp the swimmers to help them create the home strength and flexibility routines and set a solid foundation for our return to the water together.

Start with Day 1 and progress in order through the series.  This series is not designed for you to jump in at any spot but rather to build a foundation to bring us together and act as a springboard for our summer season.
