Merge training is a partner (see Disclaimer below) of DASH swimming which is aimed to improve swimming performance through on-land training.  This training program is a great oppurtunity available to all registered DASH swimmers and optional. Please register; space is limited.

The professional trainers at MERGE are not subject to USA Swimming registration, certification or background checks, and, therefore not covered by USA Swimming insurance. DASH, Iowa Swimming, Inc. and USA Swimming have NO liability for any claims arising out of activities involving MERGE.
