TeenFit is For kids 13-18 who are looking for a program that will prepare them for Jr High or High school swimming, or just a fun way to stay fit or cross-train for other sports. Each class will have elements of aerobic development, stroke technique for all strokes and turn work, as well as fun water games.

Pre-Competitive program offers fundamental teachings of all 4 Competitive Strokes and athletic development in the Sport of Swimming.

The Home School Program Fulfills the PE requirement and great for families who have multiple children. We offer structured class for ages 5-18 and are taught simeltaneously.
