"Training Athletes, Building Character, Creating Leaders"

Welcome to Boise Swim Club (BSC).  Our website should provide you with all the information you need to know about our team.  If you have any questions or comments, please contact Coach Deb at [email protected]

Boise Swim Club teaches and trains athletes about competitive swimming utilizing innovative training techniques along with dryland strength training for our swimmers 12yrs and up.  BSC is partnered with Idaho Fitness Academy for strength training as a means of developing core strength to prevent injuries. Combining dryland strength training and training in the water, BSC provides a method for complete training.

At the core of our program, we provide character and leadership skills development to all of our athletes from our youngest to oldest.  We instill the importance of living the core values of Boise Swim Club, which creates a positive and healthy culture on our team.

Mental Fitness training is also integral part of our program.
