Fall Practice Schedule 

 

The schedule below will run September 6-November 6th to accommodate high school swim season. C and B squads, your M-W-F evening practices are a bit shorter than normal as you'll have 15 minutes of yoga/dryland and 45 minutes in the water. However, your squads will each get to use all 4 lanes for those workouts. This will alleviate crowding and allow for a quality practice! A squad, you will have just 2 morning practices offered, Monday and Saturday. Thank you all for your patience as we share the pool with the 4 high school teams in the area for these two months.
