2023 SwimAThon is scheduled for May 19, 2023

CWU Aquatic Center:  1510 N Walnut Street

Parking:

Please do not stop on the street in front of the pool building to let your swimmers out of the vehicle.  If dropping off, pull into the parking lot across the street from the pool entrance and let your swimmer out there.  Swimmers can then use the crosswalk to walk to the pool entrance.  If escorting your child or staying on campus for practice, visitors can use the X-12 lot (free gravel lot just past the aquatic center), a timed parking space, or buy a $6 daily permit using one of the following methods:

HOW DO VISITORS BUY A VIRTUAL DAILY PERMIT?

VISITORS now have 3 ways to purchase a daily permit:

  1. Click here to go to our Parking Services webpage. Select VISITOR DAILY PERMITS, click on “create one” to make an account, and follow prompts to buy a virtual daily permit.

  1. Use the QR code on our new parking lot signs to buy a virtual daily permit. Capture the QR code then scroll down to “create one” to make an account. Follow the prompts.

  1. Purchase a virtual daily permit at a kiosk in lot I-15 (SURC) or G-16 (near Starbucks). An additional kiosk will soon be located in lot Q-14 (Nicholson Pavilion).

There is no free parking in lots S-10 or W-12, which means you cannot park in those lots and leave your vehicle to escort your child into the aquatic center.  If you do, your vehicle will most likely be ticketed.

Locker Rooms:  Locker rooms and showers are now available to our program with some exceptions.  Those dates will be announced to the team through email.  Please help your swimmer remember the importance of caring for the facility and cleaning up after each use.  We are guests at CWU and the facility should be treated with respect.
