Attached here are Individual Meet Results & Improvements the Updated SWAT All Time Top 10 LC and Individual Athlete Best Times and Qualifying Nat A Standards  

The Long Course Junior Olympic Qualifying Times are the National "B" Standards. Make sure you take a look at the Qualifying Standard for your swimmer(s) so you can plan for the Junior Olympic Meet accordingly.
