Happy New Year! Athlete Improvements to date, Event Ranking by Age Group

Hello SWAT,
We hope everyone was able to enjoy the Holidays and take some time away to spend with family.
We’re at the end of 2022 and with half the season behind us its time to look forward to the rest of the season and begin preparing for our Short Course Championship Meets in February and March.
Attached are Best Time Improvements for each swimmer from September 1st (or best times from last Short Course season) through December. We’ve already hit some major milestones with the athletess this year. Don’t forget to reevaluate your goals for the end of season Championships (see meet schedule on SWAT Website).
Also attached are Event Rankings by Age Group with the Time Standard Achieved. Qualifying Times for Inland Empire championships are the “BB” Time Standard.
For your reference the National “A” Qualifying Standards are also linked here
The state of the team is strong. We’ve reached many performance goals with the athletes as well as retention and membership goals that allow us to maintain a strong financial outlook to continue to improve SWAT for years to come.
Thank you to all our Board Members, Meet Officials and Parent Volunteers and who work to make this a stable and positive experience for our swimmers.
Happy New Year,
See you on Deck!
