SWAT, Inland Empire Top 16 Rankings, Championship Meet Countdown has begun! (5 weeks Jr. Champs/8 weeks IES Champs)

Hopefully everyone was able to settle into the first week back to school after the Holidays and are again up and running with your regular school year schedules.

With the Holidays behind us we are right around the corner from our Short Championship Meets in February and March. Take a look at the Championship Meet Schedule Countdown below so you have a better idea of how close we are to our Championship Meets.

Also attached are the Inland Empire Top 16 Rankings for each Event by Age Group. The IES Championships is a qualifying meet meaning only this swimmers who have achieved the “BB” Time Standard are invited to attend.

At the IES Champs, the 10 & Under Swimmers are “Timed Finals” meaning they only race each event once. 11 & Over Swimmers Compete Prelims/Finals where the swimmers race in Prelims and the Fastest Swimmers return again at night to compete for points at Finals. Only the Top 8 swimmers return to compete at night in the 11-12 & 13-14 age groups. In the 15 & Over Age Group, the Top 16 return to swim Finals. Take a look at the IEs Rankings below to see where SWAT athletes are ranked and to see what the time expectations are to score points at the meet.
