Turkey Trot Results   The Turkey Trot was an outstanding meet.  We prepared well, we raced smart, and really started to show what we are capable of.  The coaching staff couldn’t be happier.  We had 80 swimmers in the meet, and racked up and impressive 300+ best times, 6 Relay team records, 11 Individual team records, and 1 IES records.  Great work everyone! Swim Fast, Eat Pizza.  Fast is Delicious! Here's what you do: swim the 100 freestyle in under 1:00 Here's what we do: buy you a pizza. Mmmmmmmmmmm...Taste the Awesomeness From now until Spring Break, we will purchase a large pizza (or something similar if they don’t care for pizza) for ANY SWIMMER who breaks 1:00 in the 100 freestyle for the first time.  After April, this program will continue, but will only be offered to swimmers who break the minute before they turn 13.
