COVID-19 Team Protocols - Updated 11/16/2020

The health and safety of our community is of the utmost importance.

Velocity Swimming has proactively implemented the safety measures and protocols detailed in the following documents.  The Assumption of Risk form MUST be electronically signed by each family before swimmers return to the water.

• Assumption of Risk (This is a Google form that must be electronically signed)
• Assumption of Risk - PDF Copy for those who want to read through it before signing or would like to keep a hard copy on hand
