Welcome to Velocity Swimming's Electronic Registration platform for our upcoming swim season! We are pleased to offer electronic payment processing and registration. The process is simple for both new and returning members. You'll get access to your own private account that will enable you easily declare for swim meets, sign-up for jobs, see your children's swim times histories, maintain your own contact information, and more.

Before continuing with the registraiton process, please take a moment to familiarize yourself with the 2022-2023 Velocity Team Handbook. If you have any questions about the contents of the handbook, please ask. At the completion of the registraiton process, an email will be sent to you with a link that will allow you view the Velocity Team Handbook.  This year will be different than in years past-with 3 seasons: short course which is opened now. Short course will run from Sept 12th until your swimmers last available meet. More information is available about the meets in the handbook. Potential swim lenghts will be from Sept until Mid-Feb or early March (if your swimmer makes the times for the higher level meets). After the last available meet you swimmer will have a break (or end with the team) until the new season starts. Families are welcomed to pick and chose which season(s) are ideal. Additionally, the swim groups have changed to age based (with short course age is calucated on Dec 1,2022 and will only place your swimmer in those groups). Age will be calucated again for the Tune-up and long course, group placement and cost assiocation will change if your swimmer ages up into that next grouping. 

Lastly, to fully registrater with the club after completing this regristration you will get a success page that will include a link to our clubs USA portal page-there you will need to sign up your swimmer as a USA member for the upcoming year. Premium membership is $84.00 (which is everyone besides Pre-Team group). Pre-Team will have the option to have a flex membership (with the limitation of ony 2 meets a year and have to be 12 and under). Swimmers are not able to attend practice until BOTH regristrations are complete.

2022-2023 Membership Agreement:  After successfully completing the registraiton process, please look for a confirmation email that will also contain a link to the 2022-2023 Membership Agreement. Please print out and sign the form and bring it with you to your first practice.

Note for Non-Athletes (Board Members, Coaches, Officials):  Please do NOT complete an online registration for yourselves. Online registration is for the swimmers only.  Non-Athlete registration forms can be found on the team website under the "Parents | Forms and Policies" menu. Completed non-athlete registration forms can be turned in to one of the board members.
