IncrediBULLETS
IncrediBULLETS is the entry-level group on our team. Swimmers in this group can swim one length of the pool on their stomach and back, and tread water for 1:00. Swimmers in this group focus on proper stroke mechanics and skill development for all four competitive strokes. Practice for the IncrediBULLETS is offered two times per week for 45 minutes, and we recommend two weekly practices to ensure efficient development. IncrediBULLETS swimmers may attend any meet we host, and we recommend participating in one meet a month.

Bronze
The Bronze Group is for swimmers, typically 10 & under, who know all four competitive strokes and demonstrate proper racing skills (starts, turns, finishes). 11-13 year old swimmers who are new to competitive swimming may also be placed in this group to start. Swimmers in this group continue to focus on developing proper stroke mechanics and skills. Practice for the Bronze Group is offered three times per week for one hour, and we recommend three weekly practices to ensure efficient development. Bronze swimmers are introduced to dryland training up to three times per week. Dryland sessions are 10-15 minutes in length and focus on developing body awareness, coordination, and stability. Bronze swimmers are offered upward of two meets per month, and we recommend participating in at least one meet each month.

Silver I
The Silver I Group is for swimmers, typically 11 & under, who are proficient in all four competitive strokes and demonstrate proper racing skills (starts, turns, finishes). 12-14 year old swimmers who are relatively new to competitive swimming may also be placed in this group to start. Swimmers in this group continue to focus on developing proper stroke mechanics and skills, and are introduced to interval training in practice. Practice for the Silver I Group is offered four times per week for 75 minutes, and we recommend three weekly practices to ensure efficient development. Silver I swimmers also participate in dryland training up to four times per week. Dryland sessions are 15-30 minutes in length and focus on developing body awareness, coordination, stability, and body-weight strength. Silver I swimmers are offered upward of two meets per month, and we recommend participating in at least one meet each month, including any championship meet for which they qualify.

The Silver II Group is for swimmers, typically 14 & under, who are proficient in all four competitive strokes and demonstrate proper racing skills (starts, turns, finishes). Swimmers in this group continue to focus on the development and maintenance of proper stroke mechanics and skills, as well as the introduction of basic race strategy. Practice for the Silver II Group is offered five times per week for 90 minutes and is typically organized into a series of 15-20 minute sets. We recommend attending four practices each week to ensure efficient development. Silver II swimmers also participate in dryland training up to five times per week. Dryland sessions are 30 minutes in length and focus on developing body awareness, coordination, stability, body-weight strength, and cardiovascular and muscular endurance. Silver II swimmers are offered upward of two meets per month. We recommend participating in at least one meet each month, and they should compete in any championship meet for which they qualify.

The Gold Group is for swimmers, typically 13-14, who are proficient in all four competitive strokes and demonstrate excellent racing skills (starts, turns, finishes). Swimmers in this group continue to focus on the development and maintenance of proper stroke mechanics and skills, as well as the development of aerobic capacity and basic race strategy. Practice for the Gold Group is offered six times per week for two hours and is typically organized into a series of 15-30 minute sets. We recommend attending five practices each week to ensure efficient development. Gold swimmers also participate in dryland training up to four times per week. Dryland sessions are one hour in length and focus on developing stability, body-weight strength, and cardiovascular and muscular endurance. Gold swimmers are offered upward of two meets per month. We recommend participating in at least one meet each month, and they will compete in any championship meet for which they qualify.

Swimmers in this group focus on the maintenance of proper stroke mechanics, skills, and aerobic capacity, and the development of power and advanced race strategy. Practice for the Senior Group is offered six times per week for two hours and is typically organized into a series of 15-30 minute sets. We recommend attending five practices each week to ensure efficient development. Senior swimmers also participate in dryland training up to four times per week. Dryland sessions are one hour in length and focus on developing stability, body-weight strength, and cardiovascular and muscular endurance. Senior swimmers are offered upward of two meets per month. We recommend participating in at least one meet each month, and they will compete in any championship meet for which they qualify.
