Jenn Paul - Head Coach (Summer 2022 - Fall/Winter 2023)         EMAIL:  [email protected]

Hello! My name is Jennifer Paul, and I am so honored and excited to be the new head coach at Bradley-Bourbonnais Swim Club! I was born in New York and have lived there most my life; however, I finished my high school years in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina after a move with my family. I am currently working on my bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology with a concentration in Physical Therapy here in Illinois at Olivet Nazarene University. Eventually after college I would like to further attend school to receive my Doctorate in Physical Therapy. I have also just recently wrapped up my swim career at Olivet after a whole 17 ½ years. My top events were the 200 freestyle, 200 butterfly, and 500 freestyle.  From a very young age, I discovered my passion for swimming, and it has given me the opportunity to make great friends that will last long after swimming is over and  have once in a lifetime experience. As I begin this new chapter as head coach, I hope to give these swimmers the same opportunities as I had to work hard, make new friends, work toward, and reach their goals, and most importantly, have fun! I can’t wait to see what we can achieve together as a team! Go Dolphins!

Karim Bouferrache- Assistant Coach

My name is Karim Bouferrache.  I was a competitive swimmer for 18 years, including college. I was Algeria’s national champion seven times, three individuals and four relays.  After completing my competitive swimming career and graduating college with an advanced degree in sports science, I moved to Portland, Oregon where I opened a swim school and a swim team. The team is still running under my brother's leadership with great achievements, including 4 Olympic trial qualifiers and Olympic medalists at the Tokyo Olympics. After years of teaching and coaching swimming, I decided to go back to school to study medicine. I have been a certified neurosurgical PA for the last 10 years at Riverside Medical Center. I am excited to start another season with BBSC.

Molly Siniawski- Assistant Coach

Hello Dolphins! My name is Molly Siniawski and I am excited to be one of your 2021-2022 coaches. I swam competitively from the age of 8 through college and have been around swimming my whole life. In fact that is how I met my husband! We swam together in college. I was a distance swimmer in college and mainly swam the 200 and 400 IM, 200 Back, 200 Fly, 500, 1000, and the mile. I was qualified for Division II Nationals all four years of college and placed in the top eight each year. I am an all American and was inducted into Lewis University’s Hall of Fame in 2005.  I started teaching swim lessons at 15 and have taught swim lessons on and off throughout my life. In addition to helping coach the club team I grew up with, I coached the Tinley Park Sharks after college. Outside of the pool, I am an elementary school counselor and have worked with preschool- 8th grade students in some form for over 15 years. Proper technique and training is important but it's the character building that I enjoy shaping.

My husband, Jim and I have three daughters, and live in Manteno. My older two girls are on the swim team and have LOVED every minute of it and my younger daughter still has a few more years to go before she will join. I grew up swimming for the East Moline Swim Club in the Quad Cities.

Shelby Corbett-  Assistant Coach

Hello!! My name is Shelby Corbett and I will be starting off as junior coach this season until October. During the season I will become a certified USA swim coach. I started swimming when I was very young at the YMCA. I took swimming lessons from them for about 5 years, but I started to enjoy other sports, so I took a break. During my 7th grade year, I found out about the dolphins, I immediately joined and fell in love. I swam until my freshman year. My sophomore and junior year I took a break from competitive swimming. I have always loved swimming , but I have many other passions. I love to run track, do photography, work as a lifeguard and travel. I love trying new things and stepping out of my comfort zone. I am currently a senior and I am so excited to go to college for Criminology, Psychology, and Spanish. One day I would love to be a lawyer or work in the field of law. So that's a little about me and I am so excited to be a junior swim coach and meet everyone on the team!
