Firecracker Classic swim meet in Quincy this past weekend finished with a ‘Bang’ with BNSC swimmers enjoying the first outdoor long course meet of the season. Fun in the sun and great swims faired well with our athletes as many achieved personal goals, best times, new championship cuts, and team bonding. Our athletes competed in seventy-one events that resulted in 43 best times, of which 28 were new events as well as two team records.

Congrats to Wrigley Bellis, Maddi Poulin, and Zach Poulin for swimming their first long course meet with BNSC!

‘At the end of the day, you are solely responsible for your success and your failure. And the sooner you realize that, you accept that, and integrate that into your work ethic, you will start being successful. As long as you blame others for the reason you aren't where you want to be, you will always be a failure.’ - Erin Cummings
