The Elgin Cyclones compete in Illinois Swimming Inc. sanctioned events, and may also participate in non-sanctioned events.  In order to participate in sanctioned events, our team members must have an active registration with Illinois Swimming Inc. / USA Swimming. 

We require all of our team members to join Illinois Swimming Inc. and to maintain their annual membership so that they can participate in our meets.  The application/enrollment form for Illinois Swimming Inc. can be found here.
