Diving Program

Glenbrook Aquatics Diving is a year-round springboard diving program in Illinois.  We offer a full range of groups from beginners with no experience to Nationally Competitive Junior and Senior divers for divers in Lake and Cook Counties in Illinois.  Our diverse coaching staff has decades of experience coaching club, high school, and college divers.  We pride ourselves on a great diver to coach ratio.  Our small groups size and structure allow us to focus on basic skills and form with our development group divers as well as advanced dryland and water practices for our high school and Nationally competitive team members.  Our focus is to introduce and advance athletic and life skills while having fun in a positive environment through the sport of diving.
