Spring 2023 Session
The spring diving season will begin on February 27, 2023, and conclude on June 11, 2023 for the Competitive groups.
The spring diving season will begin on March 13, 2023, and conclude on May 21, 2023 for the lessons groups.
Please note that practice times and locations are subject to change.

Registration System
The diving program uses the school district's camp registration system.

We regret that refunds after the first day of the season will not be approved. Any refunds requested prior to the first day of the season will be processed by the school district's business office via paper check. (Note: Credit card fees are never refunded.)

Lessons Diving Groups
Beginner and Intermediate (8th Grade and Younger)
This group is designed for 8th Grade and younger divers with some previous diving experience or no experience at all. All new divers are eligible for these groups.

High School Development
This group is designed for high school divers to focus on 1m diving and stay in shape. No tryout is required for high school divers. This group is open to beginners as well as advanced divers. 1 day per week practice option for this group. Please see the calendar for specific days and times.

- Sundays 3:30 - 5:00 PM (some practices will be 11:30 AM - 1:00 PM) at GBN

Competitive Team Diving
Junior Pre-Team (8th Grade and Younger)
This group is designed for 8th Grade and younger divers with previous diving experience. Divers must be pre-approved by Coach Tony prior to registering. Divers in this group must be able to dive in multiple directions as well as flip. This group will practice both 1m and 3m springboards. Meets are recommended for this group in the spring.
- Junior Pre-Team (JPT)
- Saturdays 4:00 - 6:00 PM at GBN, and Sundays 10:00 - 11:30 AM at GBN

Senior Pre-Team (High School)
This group is designed for high school divers with previous diving experience. Divers must be pre-approved by Coach Tony prior to registering. Divers in this group must have a solid 11 dive list on 1m. This group will practice both 1m and 3m springboards. Meets are recommended for this group in the spring.

- Saturdays 4:00 - 6:00 PM at GBN, and Sundays 10:00 - 11:30 AM at GBN

Junior National Team (8th Grade and Younger)
This group is designed for 8th Grade and younger divers with previous diving experience. This group is by invitation only. Divers in this group must be JO requirements for the age group. This group will practice both 1m and 3m springboards. Divers will participate in gymnastics dryland, pool, and diving dryland practices. This group is focused on qualifying and competing at the National Championships and should practice at least 4 days per week.
- Jr. National Team (JNT)
- Mondays and Wednesdays 5:30 - 8:00 PM at GBN, and Sundays 12:30 - 3:30 PM at GBN

Senior National Team (High School)
This group is designed for high school divers with previous diving experience. This group is by invitation only. Divers in this group must be JO requirements for the age group. This group will practice both 1m and 3m springboards. Divers will participate in gymnastics dryland, pool, and diving dryland practices. This group is focused on qualifying and competing at the National Championships and should practice 4-5 days per week.

- Mondays and Wednesdays 6:00 - 9:00 PM at GBN, and Sundays 10:30 AM - 1:30 PM at GBN
