Welcome to the Glenbrook Swim Club Electronic Registration platform for the upcoming 2023 Summer Long Course Season! We are pleased to offer electronic payment processing and easy registration. The process is simple for both new and returning members. You'll get access to your own private account that will enable you easily declare for swim meets, sign-up for jobs, see your children's swim times histories, maintain your own contact information, and so much more.

Registration Eligibility

GSC SUMMER 2023 Long Course Season Dates/Registration Dates: 

SUMMER REGISTRATION PLATFORM FOR RETURNING SWIMMERS: Officially opens 5/16/23 and swimmers will need to register no later than 6/4/23

New Swimmers to the GSC program will need to attend the August Evaluations before registering for the club,

GSC Summer Long Course Season 2023 (a continuation of Spring) will run from June 12th with a season end date of July 30, 2023.

Required Fees
Swimmers are required to pay the folloing fees on our platform by the required dates listed above:

2023 USA REQUIRED SWIMMING FEE - NEW PROCESS:

• Each Swimmer must individually register for the 2023 USA Swimming fee before attending your first practice of the season. If you created your online account, paid your 2023 $83.00 fee in the Fall or Winter or Spring 2022-23 season, you are in good standing through Fall 2023.
• THE LINK FOR REGISTRATION HAS BEEN EMAILED ALREADY & WILL BE EMAILED TO ALL SWIMMERS STILL NEEDED TO BE REGISTERED!

Non-Residents

All non-residents of Glenbrook High School District 225 will be assessed a 10% surcharge on registration fees.  This surcharge recognizes the contributions residents make by paying property taxes to support the operation and maintenance of the aquatic facilities utilized by GSC at no charge.  When registering, non-residents must select the non-resident option for their swim group. If the incorrect option is selected, your credit card will be charged for the additional fee as part of the registration approval process.  A non-resident is defined as any swimmer not living within the boundaries of Glenbrook High School District 225.  If a non-resident registers as a resident, the swimmer's registration will be charged for the additional fee as part of the registration approval process.

Payment Information and Deadline
When registering, families will be provided the option to pay their registration fees in full by credit card or pay fees by paper check.  Families choosing to pay registration fees by credit cards will be assessed a processing fee of 3.1% + $0.30 per transaction.  (To keep fees low, we do not build credit card processing fees into our fees.)  Families who pay by paper check may drop off a check with the Glenbrook Aquatics staff, or mail it to the District Administration Building (3801 W. Lake Avenue, Glenview).  Any returned checks will be assessed a $30.00 NSF fee.

All registrations and the 2023 USA Swimming fee must be paid in full by the first day of the season.  Registrations not paid in full will be canceled.  We regret that refunds after the first day of the season will not be approved (ex. a swimmer that attends the first day and decides not to continue, will be issued a pro-rated refund).  Due to school district accounting guidelines, credits will no longer be issued for future use on an account.  Alternatively, should any refunds be approved, they will be processed by paper check through the school district's Business Services department.  Credit card processing fees are never refunded.

Competition Meet Fees
Meet fees will be assessed to each swimmers that commit to a meet. The meet fees vary by meet and will be charged along with any additional meet fees assessed by the host club as well as an additional fee to cover coaches costs for the meet assessed by Glenbrook Swim Club.

Escrow Accounts
If you currently have a balance on your short course 2022-23 meet fees, you will be required to pay those fees in full when you check out on your fall short course registration fees to be in good standing when long course season begins.
