LYONS Aquatics: 2023 Spring Water Polo

Details: LYONS Aquatics offers several different levels of Water Polo for our athletes!  They are:

INTRODUCTION TO WATER POLO - $190.00

 

LYONS Splashball League (12u, 10u, and 8u Coed teams)

Splashball is an opportunity for players of all abilities to get in the water, have fun and compete against their peers.  Children will be introduced to the basic skills of water polo in a fun and encouraging environment.  Players will be divided evenly onto 12u, 10, or 8u teams that they will play/train with for the entire 9 week season. 

Practice will be Sunday from 9:00-10:00 AM.  No previous water polo experience required.

COMPETITIVE TEAMS

AGE GROUP - $410.00

14&U Boys and Girls , 12&U Coed

The Age Group Program focuses on developing the tools athletes need to achieve their own personal potential, to exceed the boundaries of their physical gifts and talents in a training environment that is fun, positive, team-oriented and well-rounded. The LYONS coaches work together to develop the fundamental skills of both individual and team play that is challenging, but never overwhelming. Water polo is a team sport; respect, teamwork and integrity provide the foundation for the Age Group Program.

 

Practices are held on Saturdays from 1:00-2:30 PM at the LTHS North Campus Pool and Sundays from 9:00-10:30 AM at the LTHS South Campus Pool.
