MISSIONTo foster physical wellness, knowledge and to help every athlete regardless of age, gender, limitation, sport or natural ability reach their full athletic potential while preparing each athlete for future success. 



- To develop athletes through a program that prepares them for HS and beyond.

- Give athlete the knowledge and the tools to be successful in ANY activity.

- To educate athletes on progression, adaptation and body mechanics

- Create a resource for other coaches and athletes to use

- To provide a base of knowledge for any kids who choose to follow a specific career in health and wellness.

- Collaboration among coaches to develop and improve the way we train

- Injury prevention and performance optimization
