Welcome to the Palos Orland Swim Association Electronic Registration for our upcoming swim season! We are pleased to offer electronic payment processing and registration. The process is simple for both new and returning members. You'll get access to your own private account that will enable you easily declare for swim meets, sign-up for jobs, see your children's swim times histories, maintain your own contact information, and more. Please use your login information for your current account if you are registering a returning swimmer. 

*Returning families: Please ensure you update your swimmers T-shirt size as that is the information we use to purchase conference, regional, and state shirts.

Registration is now open for the High School Summer Season. Season begins on 4/13/23

High School Summer Swimmers (current Freshman and older) register by May 26th!  Start date 6/5/23

Groups 1/2: $340

Groups 3/4: $370

Groups 5/6: $390

High School Swimmers Summer Session: $250

Payment Options:

1. Pay In Full charged on May 1st

2. Installment plan charged on May 1, and June 1

Group 1/2: $145

Group 3/4: $160

Group 5/6: $170

Multi-Family Discount: $30 discount will be applied to each additional swimmer in family.

2023 USA Swimming and ISI (Illinois Swimming, Inc.) Insurance Fee

$87.00 annual fee per swimmer for all new swimmers

• All swimmers need a 2023 card. Each swimmer is required to pay a $87.00 fee which covers mandatory registration and insurance with Illinois Swimming, Inc. and USA Swimming.  This is an annual fee that covers through December 2023.  This fee MUST be paid before swimmer enters the pool.  This is completed through USA swimming website.  A link will be emailed to your email address on file.

Please note: Any swimmers continuing after the Conference meet will be charged the weekly group rate up to the championship meet they qualified for in July. 

Please note: High School Swimmers are not required to Fundraise or Volunteer.

Volunteer Fee
$250 per family volunteer charge will occur if families DO NOT complete the required number of volunteer sessions.  Based on team membership information about the number of volunteer sessions will be communicated by 5/1/23.

Fundraising Fee

We will be hosting a Spring Fundraiser. Each Family is required to participate in the fundraiser. If you choose not to participate there will be $75 fundraising buy-out on your account June 15th. 

*If a swimmer wants to leave the team before the first 2 weeks of practice, a parent must contact the POSA Board at:  [email protected] by 4/26/23. A portion of the registration fees will be refundable after this time ($25 will be refunded). Fees are Non-Refundable After April 26th, the registration fees will be considered a donation to our Non-Profit Organization*
