Tues:  6:00-7:00a strength and conditioning; 3:00-5:00p
Wed:  2:15-5:00p (includes team meeting)
Thurs:  6:00-7:00a strength and conditioning; 3:00-5:00p
Fri:  5:45-7:00a; 
Sat: 7:00-10:00a (includes strength and conditioning 7:00-8:00a)
 
June and July (tentative)
Mon: 7:00-9:00a; 2:30-4:30p
Tues:  6:00-9:00a (includes strength and conditioning 6:00-7:00a); 2:30-4:30p
Wed:  7:00-10:00a (includes team meeting)
Thurs:  6:00-9:00a (includes strength and conditioning 6:00-7:00a); 2:30-4:30p
Fri:  7:00-9:00a; 2:30-4:30p (performance group only)

AGE GROUP TEAMS PRACTICE SCHEDULES
 
White Team: Monday-Thursday (Pick 2 days) 5pm-6:15pm
 
Red Team: Monday-Thursday (Pick 3 days) 5pm-6:30pm 
*Initially, White & Red Teams will do dryland together from 5pm-515pm
 
Black Team: Monday, Tuesday &Thursday 6pm-7:30pm,  Wednesday 4:45pm-6:45pm & Saturday 9:30am-11:30am (Pick 4 days minimum) 
*Dryland first 30 minutes of practice 
**Wednesday's practices will be ran with Pre-Senior 
 
Pre-Senior Team: Monday-Thursday 4:45pm-6:45pm & Saturday 9:30am-11:30am
*Dryland first 30 minutes of practice 
**Wednesday's practices will be ran with Black Team
