CGAC Swim Lesson Registration 2023

Account Needed:

• Returning Families/Members: If you have previously enrolled your child in one of our Center Grove Swim Programs, you may already have an existing account.
• New Families/Members: If this is your first time with a Center Grove Swim Program, create an account. Once you create your private account, you will have access to view/edit contact information and view past swim lesson histories. 

Registration/Lesson Info:

• Online registration for Spring 2023 lessons will begin Monday, March 13th at 8:00am. This is a first come/first serve registration process.
• Cost for private swim lessons is $80 per swimmer per session: You may register your swimmer for more than one session at a time. 
• There will be NO make up days for a missed class and NO refunds issued if your swimmer misses a lesson. 
• Lessons will be held at Center Grove High School and will start promptly at your scheduled time. 
• Swimmers must have a swim suit in order to participate. No floatation devices are needed during CGAC Swim Lessons.

 

How to Register:

    1. Scroll down the page until you see the CGAC Swim Lesson Program.

    2. Select/click CGAC 2023 Seasonal Swim Lessons program being offered to see specific details and class information.

    3. Select/click the Session week you are interested. Note: Multiple classes and times may be offered during each session. There are 4 session weeks to choose from. 

    4. Click the GREEN Register button to begin the registration.  If no button is showing then registration has not opened.  The registration opening date will be listed with the class.

    5. Click/select "ADD A STUDENT". If your swimmer has been registered for lessons previously, select 'Exsisting Student' or select 'Add New'.

    6. Hit the GREEN continue button. Enter your child's information.

    7. Add to shopping cart and pay by credit card.

    8. You will receive an email receipt after successfully completing the registration.  If you don't receive an email, then the registration was NOT successful.  This receipt is your confirmation.

    9. The week prior to your lesson, you will recieve an email with information about how to access the pool, what to bring, a confirmation, and any other important information. 

 

     **Full Classes/Waitlist: When sessions/classes become full, you may see a GOLD wait list button.  You may register your swimmer for any session that is waitlisted. Should openings become available, we will look to our waitlist first to fill the openings.  Placing your child's name on the waitlist is free! You will be asked for your credit card number to hold your waitlist slot.  You will NOT be charged unless you are moved into a lesson class by a member of the registration team. Prior to registering your child, you will be contacted about availability. Additional classess may be added based on waitlist demand and pool space availability.
