HEAT is a USA Swimming sanctioned club, established in January 2012.   Operating out of the Danville Community High School pool, HEAT currently has swimmers from all over Hendricks and Putnam counties.  Our mission is to use the sport and activity of swimming to help young people reach their greatest potential through superior coaching, training and caring.
We offer year round competitive swimming during two main seasons where our club swimmers compete at various USA Sanctioned meets.
Short Course Season (September - March)
Long Course Season (April - August)
HEAT also has a Developmental Lesson program whose intent is to develop water safety skills, help younger swimmers learn to swim and ultimately build a love of swimming so that they want and can be competitive as part of the Club team.   Lesson availability varies, please check out the Lessons tab for current running sessions.
We accept new swimmers throughout the season and do not require a full season commitment to participate. Each swimmer will be evaluated prior to joining the team, to determine the appropriate placement group.
