Welcome to the Hendricks Elite Aquatics Team Electronic Registration platform for our upcoming competitive club team swim season! We are pleased to offer electronic payment processing and registration. The process is simple for both new and returning members. You'll get access to your own private account that will enable you to easily declare for swim meets, sign-up for jobs, see your children's swim times histories, maintain your own contact information, and more.

Long Course Season practice will begin on April 3, 2023 and go through July 2023. July practices are added later in the Long Course season depending on coach and pool avaibility.   Please consult the team practice calendar on our website for the most up to date times routinely. 

There are 4 Competitive Club Levels.  Swimmers in Club level are expected to compete in team meet events regularly throughout the season when they are available. 

Sparks $40 monthly, Flames $60 monthly, Blazers/Infernos $80 monthly

Swimmers are evaluated for placement in each level based on the swimmer capability/endurance level.  Movement among club levels is at the discretion of the coaching staff.

IF YOU ARE A NEW CLUB SWIMMER TO HEAT YOU NEED TO ATTEND EVALUATIONS ON THURSDAY, MARCH 16TH AT 6PM AT DANVILLE HIGH SCHOOL. YOU WILL ENTER DOOR 17.

**All swimmers will be required to pay a $25 registration fee for USA Swimming Insurance.   This is separate from the first month's membership dues. Monthly dues are collected the 1st of every month!"

***If swimmers decide to compete in meets they must register with USA swimming. There is a separate fee with USA swimming to register but swimmers can't compete without having a USA swimming account. Registration Instructions can be found on our website under USA Swimming Registration.***

HEAT requires a Credit Card or Voided Check (ACH) be placed on file in your account profile for auto billing of monthly dues.  We bill all invoices on the 1st of the month for auto payment.  We do allow swimmers to come in and out of the program on a monthly basis to accommodate participation in other sports and activities.  You will need to notify us by the 15th of the month if you do not plan to participate the following month by emailing [email protected] so that we may deactivate billing.
