Welcome to Donner Swim Club!

We are glad to announce registration for Winter Session December-March 2022 for the Discovery 3 (D3) group (ages 5-13). Due to Covid-19, while the restrictions placed upon Donner Swim Club for its use of the pool at Columbus North High School has been reduced,  we may have to adjust the days and times for practices.  At this time, the scheduled practice days are Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday. We are limiting the number of swimmers for this session to 40 swimmers.

If you are new to Donner Swim Club, your swimmer must be evaluated to determine skill level placement within the club. While evaluations have been taking place, additional dates and times are available. Be sure to check the website for these dates and times.

Following the evaluation process, you must register your swimmer through the Donner Swim Club website.

Registration must be completed for ALL swimmers before your swimmer can participate in any of the practices.

The length of D3 Winter Session 2 will be during the months of December, January, February, and will end on March 4, 2022. Practices will begin the week of December 6, 2021.  At this time, the scheduled practice days are Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday, yet be sure to look at the schedule on the website to confirm practice days and times during the weekfor they may change due to scheduling conflicts.

Cost for this session for D3 will be $270. If you were previously registered for Session 1, there are no additional fees. If you are new to swimming this year, your account will be assessed, at a later date, an additional $20 for the USA Flex Membership. The USA Flex Membership allows participation in a limited number (2) of swim meets/events during the year. If a swimmer exceeds this number, an upgrade to a yearly membership will occur resulting in an additional cost of $63.

PLEASE NOTE: You must have a valid credit card as a card of record for registration and billing. Please DO NOT use a debit card for Donner Swim Club is not responsible for bank overdraft charges if there are insufficient funds in your account. This card will be invoiced,  if necessary for any additional costs that may occur, such as for meet entry fees or pool rental fees.

One last very important detail regarding participating in swim meets – USA Swimming requires to have a copy of the swimmer’s birth certificate to verify the swimmer’s information as it was listed during the registration process. If you are new to Donner Swim Club or are a returning member and have not previously supplied a copy of the birth certificate, please bring a copy to the pool as soon as possible and give it to a member of the coaching staff, preferably before the end of the second week of practice. Understand, this is a requirement imposed by USA Swimming and the copies will be destroyed once submitted to protect the identity of each swimmer.

We appreciate your interest in joining Donner Swim Club and thank you for your participation.
