FRST Family,   As all of you are likely aware, FRST has been pursuing a Launch Group since mid-August, which ended up being a difficult endeavor at this stage in the fall. Carla Gildersleeve (17), Jacob Destrampe (17), and Cade Oliver (15) traveled out to beautiful sunny California to compete with the nation's best 18&U swimmers.  USA Swimming's Summer Junior National Championships are held for the Nation's top athletes who have qualified via the USA Swimming Standards.  Not only did this feature the largest team that FRST has had at a Summer Junior meet, it was definitely the most successful!  FRST athletes went 6 of 11 for lifetime bests, a feat that often is hard when majority of the swimmers at the...
