Welcome to the Franklin Regional Swim Team Electronic Registration 

for the 2023 Long Course (Spring / Summer) swim season!

• ONLINE REGISTRATION FOR ALL NEW AND RETURNING SWIMMERS WILL OPEN MONDAY March 27th.
• All NEW swimmers will need to be placed in a training group by in-person evaluation only! Please DO NOT register until after your evaluation!

NEW To 2023 LCM Registration:

• All new and returning members will have a 'Welcome to 2023 Long Course Season Registration" Package charge added for each registering member for the sum of $17. This includes two FRST 2023 LCM Shirts and one Latex FRST cap.

REGISTRATION PROCESS:

• For returning members, unless notified of a change in practice groups, please select your swimmer's practice training group from the 2023 LCM Season as this will process your registration.  
• If you are returning to FRST after some time, a swimmer evaluation will be required to select the appropriate training group. Evaluations will take place April 15th beginning at 10:00am and ending at 12:30pm. If unavailable on these dates, please click the 'JOIN FRST' tab near the top left of the home page to schedule an evaluation. 
  • IF YOU ARE RETURNING TO FRST AFTER TIME OFF:  Please contact the FRST Registration Admin (Paul Stockett @ [email protected]) to have your account re-activated before registering for the 2023 Long Course season as a returning swimmer. You may already be in our database.
• Multi-sibling discounts apply to monthly dues fees ONLY and do not apply for registration fees.
• Please be sure to keep your family contact information up to date, i.e., mailing address, email address, shirt sizes, medical insurance, medical history, etc. Please note, until you register through this online process and make your payment, you are not registered for practice.
• Please read carefully ALL documents that are presented during the online registration process and complete all of the requested information. By registering, you are electronically providing your acknowledgement and agreement of the information.

Providing Proof of Age

All new swimmers must provide proof of age by submitting a copy of their birth certificate. 

• Birth Certificates can be uploaded here via JotForm.
• If you do not wish to submit electronically, a paper copy of your child's birth certificate may be brought in to the pool and placed in the gray FRST payment box. 

Agreements:

• Agreement 1 is the 2023 Medical Release and Liability Waiver
• Agreement 2 is the 2023 FRST Financial Agreement and Policies
• Agreement 3 is the 2023 FRST Parent Meet Volunteer Agreement
• Agreement 4 is the 2023 FRST Parent Code of Conduct

Fees:

The following fees are collected during the registration process:

1. FRST "Welcome to LCM 23 Registration Package" fee ($17 per swimmer, includes a team swim cap and team t-shirt for each swimmer) (non-refundable)
2. Minimum first month's installment of training fees (April dues are collected upon registration).
3. Any outstanding fees from previous seasons

For RETURNING MEMBERS: If you have a balance on your FRST account it will be charged with your FRST registration fees when you complete the registration process. This will assure that we collect all outstanding obligations before the end of 2023. 

For NEW MEMBERS: After your registration is approved you'll get access to your own private website account that will enable you to easily declare for swim meets, sign-up for meet work shifts, see your children's swim times histories, maintain your contact information, view your invoices and FRST account history, and view members only content on the FRST website.  After your account has been approved, you will receive a separate email containing instructions for sign-in to your private account.
