New Palestine Aquatics Club is here to offer training and practice groups for swimmers of all ages and ability levels. It is the goal of NPAC to offer age specific training for all of our athletes geared towards challenging each individual and developing each individual to the best of THEIR abilities.

FUNdamental Dragons

This is our entry level group. Will work on basic swimming items needed prior to swimming with the Little Dragons (Instructional)

Little Dragons

Athletes in this group focus mainly on learning four legal competitive strokes, having fun, and perfecting start and turn technique. (competition)

Junior Dragons

Athletes in this group will be Middle School Swimmers and skilled younger swimmers. The goal is to prepare this group for High School and Senior group. (competition)

Senior Dragons

Middle School and High School Swimmers that are highly skilled swimmers, legal in all 4 strokes, turns and be able to perform a forward block start. Athletes entering the Senior Dragons must display a strong desire to perform at the highest level they are capable of. Training is geared towards individual talents, although a strong aerobic endurance factor is present.

Monday - Friday 2:30 - 5:30PM, Saturdays 8am-10am

Monday, Wednesday, Friday Mornings 5:30-6:30am
