Senior Swimmers are usually in the end of middle school or high school and primary focus on developing aerobic capacity, strength training, technique, and race strategies. The athlete will learn how goal setting, discipline, and practice impacts personal performance. The criteria for joining the Senior team is the swimmers be proficient in four strokes, and has a base aerobic capacity and can attend practice 4 out of 5 days.
