NACS DOES AWESOME AT SENIOR STATE MEET!!

The NACS Swim Team had an awesome meet last weekend at the Indiana Senior State Championship Meet.   The NACS Women placed 10^th in the state, the Men placed 11^th in the state and combined NACS was the 13^th place team (the highest of any area swim team) in the state.   Competing for NACS were: Parker Bull-Nick DeWald-Sam Edwards-Daulton Freeman-Ciana Heaston-Aubrey Hilborn-Ryan Huizing-Abby Johnston-Jackson Kent-Mykenzie Kostka-Adam Murphy-Brian Niebuhr-Sarah Pushis-Alexis Rini-Emily Ryan-Zack Sagan-Will Schrensky-Ryan Sturm-Zoe Toscos-Brooke Trahin-Vanessa Venderley-Abbie Young.   NACS had many swimmers finaling: Parker Bull-100breast 26^th/200breast 27^th, Sam Edwards-1000free 19^th, Daulton Freeman-100back 20^th, Ciana Heaston-100breast 8^th/200breast 19^th, Aubrey Hilborn-200fly 26^th, Ryan Huizing-100free&100back 17^th/50free 6^th/100fly 4^th, Abby Johnston-50free 21^st/100fly 13^th, Jackson Kent-200fly 28^th/100free&400IM 21^st/200free 16^th, Mykenzie Kostka-50free 27^th/200fly 18^th, Adam Murphy-100back 28^th/200back 24^th, Sarah Pushis-100back 21^st/200back 14^th, Will Schrensky-100breast&200breast 7^th, Zoe Toscos-50free 26^th/100free 14^th/200free/13^th, Abbie Young 200fly 29^th, Women’s 200Medley Relay B was 19^th (Aubrey Hilborn/Vanessa Venderley/Abbie Young/Mykenzie Kostka, Women’s  400 Free Relay A was 14^th (Abby Johnston/Aubrey Hilborn/Mykenzie Kostka/Zoe Toscos, Women’s 200Free Relay A was 10^th (Abby Johnston/Zoe Toscos/Aubrey Hilborn/Mykenzie Kostka), Women’s 200Medley Relay A was 7^th (Sarah Pushis/Ciana Heaston/Abby Johnston/Zoe Toscos), Women’s 400Medley Relay was 7^th (Sarah Pushis/Ciana Heaston/Mykenzie Kostka/Zoe Toscos, Men’s 400Medley Relay B was 18^th (Daulton Freeman/Parker Bull/Jackson Kent/Nick DeWald), Men’s 200Medley Relay A was 8^th (Daulton Freeman/Will Schrensky/Ryan Huizing/Brian Niebuhr), Men’s 200Free Relay A was 7^th (Ryan Huizing/Jackson Kent/Zach Sagan/Brian Niebuhr), Men’s 400Medley Relay A was 7^th (Adam Murphy/Will Schrensky/Ryan Huizing/Brian Niebuhr), Men’s 400Free Relay A was 4^th place (Brian Niebuhr/Jackson Kent/Zach Sagan/Ryan Huizing).   The team had numerous lifetime best swims, several new Speedo Sectional times and Ryan Huizing got his Winter Junior National qualifying time in the 100fly.   Congratulations to all these wonderful NACS swimmers-GREAT JOB!!   We have (9) swimmers (Courtney Kresl-Mykenzie Kostka-Mallory Jackson-Ryan Huizing-Will Schrensky-Jackson Kent-Adam Murphy-Daulton Freeman-Parker Bull) that are competing in the Speedo Central Zone Championship Meet this weekend in Indianapolis and we wish them the best of luck!   GO NACS!!!   Please make sure to check on our web site www.swimnacs.com under the Calendar tab and then select your swimmer's training group and adjust calendar to April to see when your swimmer starts back practicing for our Spring/Summer season.   Remember-if you are current with your NACS Dues/Meet Fees, that there is no additional dues for the Spring/Summer season (just any additional meet fees).   If you are not current, please process a payment ASAP.   Thank you and looking forward to seeing everyone in April!   Coach John Gibson
