Aleks Fansler Head Coach / Senior Gold / Endeavour

Coach Aleks joined the Noblesville Swim Club coaching staff in April 2016 as the Head Age Group coach, and took over as Head Coach of the program in September 2019. He previously coached for Fort Wayne Aquatics, where he was also previously a swimmer, Avon Community Swim Team, Asphalt Green in New York, SwimMAC in North Carolina, and CSI in Ohio.

Coach Aleks has had the pleasure to work under some of the most influential coaches in swimming, including Glenn Mills, co-founder of GoSwim.com and USA Swimming's official video technique provider, and David Marsh who was the 2016 USA Women’s Olympic Team Head Coach in Rio.

He has coached all levels from beginners, to state champions, state record holders, Junior National qualifiers, national record holders, Olympic Trials qualifiers, and National and Olympic Team members.

Coach Aleks is honored to be the Head Coach of the Noblesville Swim Club, and looks forward to contributing to the great tradition, community, and success of the program.

Richard Wolfred Senior Black

Coach Wolfred started as head coach in 2004. He spent 18 1/2 years as head coach of Lawrence Swim Team in Indianapolis prior to coming to Noblesville.  Throughout his career, he has coached multiple Age Group State champions, Senior State champions, Jr National finalist, and IHSAA state finalist.  Here in Noblesville, the team has had over 170+ swimmers each season and has continues to produce State Champions and National qualifiers.

He swam at the Riviera Club in Indianapolis for 12 years and was a Junior and Senior National Qualifier.  He also swam for Purdue University in West Lafayette, IN.  Rich graduated from Purdue in 1982 with a Hotel, Restaurant, and Institutional Management degree.

The Wolfred family is proud to be in Noblesville where the community is very supportive of the swim club and the high school team.

Coach Wolfred is married to Kristen and their three children all swam for Noblesville Swim Club.

Natalie Parrish Voyager Gold

Coach Natalie joined the Noblesville Swim Club coaching staff in 2007. She began swimming in Anderson at the young age of 4. She spent the majority of her age group years swimming for Anderson Community Aquatics Club and Anderson High School. While in high school, Natalie was a state champion in 1988 and a junior national qualifier. She continued her swimming career in college while attending a Division 1 school, Western Illinois University. During her high school and college years, she also was an assistant coach for a team of 60 swimmers, Edgewood Country Club. Her senior year in college she became the head coach of this program. She helped grew the team to more than 100 swimmers. She also was a swim coach for Anderson Community Aquatics Club during this team, the lead 10 and under coach.

In 2004, she and her family moved to Noblesville. She took a slight break from coaching, but was a swim board member for Noblesville Swim Club for 3 years. After her time on the board, she jumped back into the coaching scene with Noblesville. She has coached almost every group from 10 and unders through the senior group the past 12 years. Her children, Taylor and Chandler, also competed with the team from the time they were in the 8 and unders through high school graduation. Natalie is a 7th grade math teacher at Noblesville West Middle School and lives in Noblesville with her husband Ed who spent many years as the club's Meet Director. 

Natalie is excited to jump back into our Age Group program by working with the Voyager Gold group.

Abigail Grieshop Apollo Gold

Coach Abby joined the Noblesville coaching staff in the spring of 2011. She began her swimming career at the age of 5 and spent her age group years competing for Lawerence Swim Team. She won her first state championship as a 12 year old and later became a zone high point winner at age 14. She was a state and sectional finalist throughout high school. Abby finished her swimming career at Noblesville Swim Club and enjoyed teaching lessons for the Noblesville Learn to Swim Program.

She graduated from Purdue University with a degree in Dietetics and Nutrition, Fitness, and Health in 2011. Since then, she has been on staff at Noblesville and has worked with many of the different age groups and levels. She enjoys helping young swimmers grow into competitive athletes and find their love for the sport that brought her many years of memories. Abby lives in Noblesville with her husband, Ben, and their son, Oliver.

Annie Schnieders Voyager Black
This will be Annie's ninth year at Noblesville.  Annie will now be coaching the Voyager Black group.  She also had coached for the Lawrence Swim Team for 8 years. She swam competively at the Riviera Swim Team for nine years and was a Senior National qualifier.   Annie is also a masters coach with Indy Aquatic Masters in Indianapolis.
 
Annie enjoys instructing the swimmers in good stroke technique and watching them improve, while still helping them enjoy the sport.  You can contact Coach Annie if you are looking for club private lessons.
Ben Grieshop Apollo Black

Coach Ben joined the Noblesville coaching staff in the spring of 2012.He began his swimming career at the age of 8 and spent his entire swim career with Noblesville Swim Club. He enjoyed teaching lessons for the Noblesville Learn to Swim Program.

Ben graduated from Purdue University with a degree in Selling and Sales Management in 2012. Since then, he has been on staff at Noblesville and has worked with many of the different age groups and levels. He enjoys helping young swimmers grow into competitive athletes and find their love for the sport that brought him many years of memories. Ben works at Tucker Mortgage as a Senior Loan Officer. He lives in Noblesville with his wife, Abby, and their son, Oliver.

Sarah Stuart Discovery

Coach Sarah joined the Noblesville Swim Club coaching staff in September 2019. She began her swimming career at the age of 10 swimming on a local summer league and spent her middle and high school years swimming for Pacesetter Aquatics and Jeffersonville High School. Coach Sarah coached for six summers for the Jeffersonville Aquatic Club as well as two seasons for Pacesetter Aquatic and is very excited to be a part of Noblesville Swim Club and to be coaching the Discovery Group.  

Coach Sarah graduated from Purdue University in 2013 with a degree in Elementary Education. She is a 7th grade science teacher at Noblesville East Middle School and lives in Carmel with her husband Braxton and her adorable German Shorthair Pointer, Porter.
