Aleks Fansler

Head Coach / Seniors

Coach Aleks joined the Noblesville Swim Club coaching staff in April 2016 as the Head Age Group coach, and took over as Head Coach of the program in September 2019. He previously coached for Fort Wayne Aquatics, where he was also previously a swimmer, Avon Community Swim Team, Asphalt Green in New York, SwimMAC in North Carolina, and CSI in Ohio. Coach Aleks has had the pleasure to work under some of the most influential coaches in swimming, including Glenn Mills, co-founder of GoSwim.com and USA Swimming's official video technique provider, and David Marsh who was the 2016 USA Women’s Olympic Team Head Coach in Rio. He has coached all levels from beginners, to state champions, state record holders, Junior National qualifiers, national record holders, Olympic Trials qualifiers, and National and Olympic Team members. Coach Aleks is honored to be the Head Coach of the Noblesville Swim Club, and looks forward to contributing to the great tradition, community, and success of the program.

Breanna Andersen

Head Age Group Coach / Endeavour / Senior Assistant

Coach Breanna joined the Noblesville staff in the fall of 2020 after spending 5 years as a lead age group coach and senior distance coach at Franklin Regional Swim Team (FRST) and one year as Head Women's High School Coach at Martinsville High School, where she was previously a swimmer. Coach Breanna enjoys teaching athletes about the importance of having a great attitude, focusing on the process over the outcome, being a great teammate, and being coachable. She is passionate about teaching skills that will carry on even after the athletes are no longer swimming. Breanna recently moved to the northside with her husband Ben and their mini goldendoodle, Obi. When Breanna is not on the pool deck, she enjoys running, traveling, and spending time with her family.

Abby Grieshop

Apollo Gold

Coach Abby joined the Noblesville coaching staff in the spring of 2011. She began her swimming career at the age of 5 and spent her age group years competing for Lawerence Swim Team. She won her first state championship as a 12 year old and later became a zone high point winner at age 14. She was a state and sectional finalist throughout high school. Abby finished her swimming career at Noblesville Swim Club and enjoyed teaching lessons for the Noblesville Learn to Swim Program. She graduated from Purdue University with a degree in Dietetics and Nutrition, Fitness, and Health in 2011. Since then, she has been on staff at Noblesville and has worked with many of the different age groups and levels. She enjoys helping young swimmers grow into competitive athletes and find their love for the sport that brought her many years of memories. Abby lives in Noblesville with her husband, Ben, and their son, Oliver.

Ben Grieshop

Apollo Black

Coach Ben joined the Noblesville coaching staff in the spring of 2012. He began his swimming career at the age of 8 and spent his entire swim career with Noblesville Swim Club. He enjoyed teaching lessons for the Noblesville Learn to Swim Program. Ben graduated from Purdue University with a degree in Selling and Sales Management in 2012. Since then, he has been on staff at Noblesville and has worked with many of the different age groups and levels. He enjoys helping young swimmers grow into competitive athletes and find their love for the sport that brought him many years of memories. Ben works at Tucker Mortgage as a Senior Loan Officer. He lives in Noblesville with his wife, Abby, and their son, Oliver.

Annie Schnieders

Voyager Black

This will be Annie's ninth year at Noblesville. Annie will now be coaching the Voyager Black group. She also had coached for the Lawrence Swim Team for 8 years. She swam competively at the Riviera Swim Team for nine years and was a Senior National qualifier. Annie is also a masters coach with Indy Aquatic Masters in Indianapolis. Annie enjoys instructing the swimmers in good stroke technique and watching them improve, while still helping them enjoy the sport. Abby Maroney

Voyager Gold

Coach Abby joined the Noblesville coaching staff in the spring of 2021. She began her swimming career at the age of 4 in a neighborhood league, and went on to swim for Carmel Swim Club, and Guerin Catholic High School. Abby spent 8 summers coaching a neighborhood swim club with 2 of those years as Head Coach. She is an Assistant Coach at Guerin Catholic High School and a teacher at Children's Circle Preschool where she is the lead nursery teacher. Abby enjoys working with kids and helping them grow to reach their full potential.

Lina Caudill

Discovery

Coach Lina is the Head Discovery coach and started coaching in the summer of 2021. She loves teaching the kids in this group how to swim in a fun way to keep them engaged with the sport. She is a collegiate athlete at the University of Indianapolis while she is majoring in Social Work, with 2 minors and a concentration. She previously swam throughout high school at Franklin Community (2016-2020) and was on the state team all four years. In her free time Lina has a summer internship at Joys House and runs her own small business (T-Shirt Blankets). She also loves spending time with her family, friends, and boyfriend while trying new places or hiking.

Sam Sandala

Ignition

Coach Sam joined Noblesville Swim Club in the spring of 2022. Originally from Wisconsin, she began her swimming career at the age of seven, swimming for various recreational, club and high school teams. She moved to Indiana in 2016 to attend IUPUI and compete for the school's swim team, specializing in sprint freestyle events. She currently works as an account manager at a full-service marketing and advertising agency in Indianapolis. Sam loves sharing her love for swimming through coaching and firmly believes in the positive impact the sport can have on athletes' lives - both in and out of the pool.
