Swim Lessons - group-based lessons with roughly a 1:5 instructor to swimmer ratio. Instructors are made up of middle school and high school age swimmers administering a curriculum designed by Coach Jennifer Detlefsen.
Due to the depth and the competition temperature of the pool water, the high school pool is not the best location for very young children. We recommend the Aquatic Center's swim lessons for children younger than 4 years old.
