PCA Families,

Online Registration for PCA?s Short-Course Season is now open!  The first practice of the season will be Monday, August 19th.  Online registration will remain open throughout short-course season for swimmers joining or returning later in the season.  Please register your new or returning swimmer(s) online before they attend practice.

Returning PCA Club Swimmers:  To register your swimmer(s), log into your PCA account and click the Online Registration button. 

New PCA Club Swimmers:   In addition to completing PCA's Online Registration, you and your swimmer must attend our in-person Club Registration session on August 19th at 5:00-6:00.  Your swimmer will evaluated for swim group placement, and they can attend practice that evening after USA Swimming Registration paperwork and payment are completed.  Please bring a copy of your swimmer's birth certificate to Club Registration.  If you cannot attend the Club Registration session on August 19th, please contact PCA's Executive Director Liz Woodruff at to schedule an evaluation for your swimmer.  New swimmers are welcome to join PCA's Club team at anytime!  If you've participated in other PCA programs (Developmental or Lessons), you already have a PCA account.  Please email Julie Beasley at if you need assistance logging into your PCA account.

On the Registration Fees webpage, please select Flex or Premium 2020 USA Swimming membership for your swimmer(s).  A USA Swimming membership is required for all PCA Club swimmers.  USA Swimming offers 2 annual membership options: Flex ($20) or Premium ($77).  Flex members are limited to participating in 2 sanctioned swim meets per year and cannot participate in championship swim meets (Divisionals, State, etc.).  A Flex Member may upgrade to Premium Membership at any time by paying the conversion fee of $57.   If you do not select Flex or Premium 2020 USA Swimming membership for your swimmer during Online Registration, your swimmer will be registered as a Flex member and the $20 Flex USA Membership Fee will be invoiced to your account. 

PCA will host our second annual PCA Invitational swim meet on November 8-10, 2019. Hosting a swim meet is an excellent fundraising opportunity for our club, and we will need the help of every PCA family to host a successful meet.  Instead of requiring families to donate Hospitality and Concessions food & supplies for the meet, the Online Registration Fees will include a $25 Hospitality Fee.  Every PCA Club family will also be required to volunteer at the meet.  More details will be communicated when volunteer needs are determined.

Please note that you will be charged for the full month of August dues when you register online.  I will credit your PCA account for ½ of August dues after registration.

Payment:  At the end of the Online Registration process, you can either pay your registration fees by Credit Card (please note that a credit card processing fee of ~3% will be applied), or you can change the payment method to Check.  If you select payment by Check, your registration fees will be invoiced to your account and you will receive an invoice on September1st.  If your account is setup for automatic payment by credit card or ACH Debit from your bank account, your payment will be processed on September 1st as usual.  If paying by check, please make your check payable to PCA and place it in the PCA payment box on the wall inside the pool entrance.
