Online Registration for PCA's 2022-2023 Short-Course Season is now open! Online registration will remain open throughout the season for swimmers joining or returning later in the season. Please register your swimmer(s) online before they attend practice.

Short-course Monthly Dues will be:

  • Seniors - $130
  • Juniors - $110
  • Breakers - $80
  • Swells - $70
  • Ripples - $60

There is a Multi-Swimmer Discount for families with 2 or more swimmers which applies to Monthly Dues only.  The multi-swimmer discount is not automatically applied to registration fees; I will apply the multi-swimmer discount credit to your account when I process your registration.

  • 1st Swimmer (at highest fee) - full price
  • 2nd Swimmer (at 2nd highest fee) - 10% discount
  • 3rd Swimmer (at 3rd highest fee) - 20% discount
  • 4th+ Swimmer(s) - 30% discount

Returning PCA Club Swimmers:  To register your swimmer(s), login to your PCA account and click the CLUB TEAM REGISTRATION button.  Emails have been sent to swimmers who will change swim groups for short-course season.

New PCA Club Swimmers: 

  • Your swimmer must be assigned to a swim group before you can register them online for PCA. Please email Ben Moore at [email protected] to schedule an evaluation for your swimmer.
  • If your family has participated in any PCA program (Club, Developmental or Lessons) in the past, you already have a PCA account.  To register your swimmer(s), go to the website, click the CLUB TEAM REGISTRATION button, click the Continue or Check Status button at the bottom of the webpage, and login to your PCA account. Please email Julie Beasley at [email protected] if you need assistance logging into your PCA account.
  • If your family is new to PCA, go to the website, click the CLUB TEAM REGISTRATION button, click the Continue or Check Status button at the bottom of the webpage, and then click the +Create New Account button.
  • Birth certificates are required for all new swimmers.  Birth certificates are required for USA Swimming membership, which is required for PCA Club team membership. Please email a scanned copy or picture of your swimmer’s birth certificate to Julie Beasley at [email protected].

Please read all Agreements included in the online registration process.  By registering, you are electronically providing your acknowledgement and agreement to the following:

  1. PCA Annual Acknowledgement & Medical Release Waiver & Liability Waiver
  2. Photo Waiver (optional)
  3. PCA Swimmer, PCA Parent & USA Swimming Codes of Conduct
  4. Minor Athlete Abuse Prevention Policy
  5. COVID-19 Waiver and Release

Registration fees:

  • Monthly Dues:

  • $25/family Hospitality Fee - PCA will host our 4th annual PCA Invitational swim meet November 4-6, 2022. Hosting a swim meet is an excellent fundraising opportunity for PCA, and we will need the help of every PCA family to host a successful meet.  Instead of requiring families to donate Hospitality/Concessions food & supplies for the meet, each family will be charged a $25 Hospitality Fee.  Every PCA Club family will also be required to volunteer at the meet, so please save the date on your calendar.  More details will be communicated when volunteer needs are determined.
  • $10/swimmer T-Shirt Fee.  Each swimmer who registers for PCA by 9/30 will receive a PCA t-shirt; you will be asked for your swimmer’s shirt size during online registration.
  • $25/family New Swimmer Registration Fee - one-time fee for families new to PCA.

USA Swimming Membership Fees are NOT being charged as part of this registration. USA Swimming launched a new Online Member Registration (OMR) system on 9/1. With the launch of the new OMR system, PCA will no longer register swimmers for USA Swimming membership; instead, parents will register their swimmers for USA Swimming membership using a PCA-supplied OMR link. Please note that USA Swimming membership is required for PCA Club team members. More information and PCA's OMR link to register for USA Swimming membership will be emailed to parents after they register their swimmer.

Payment:  At the end of the Online Registration process, you can either pay your registration fees by Credit Card (please note that a credit card processing fee of ~3% will be applied), or you can change the payment method to Check.  If you select payment by Check, your registration fees will be invoiced to your account and you will receive an invoice on the 1st.  If your account is setup for automatic payment by credit card or ACH Debit from your bank account, your payment will be processed on the 1st as usual.  If paying by check, please make your check payable to PCA and place it in the PCA payment box on the wall inside the PHS pool entrance or mail your payment to PCA, PO Box 774, Plainfield, IN  46168.
