2021 Club Long-Course Registration

Open for Returning Members

3/24/21 - 7/3/21

Open for New Members

3/24/21 - 7/3/21

PCA Families,

Online Registration for PCA's 2021 Long-Course Swim Season is now open!  The first practice of the season will be Monday, April 12th.  Online registration will remain open throughout the season for swimmers joining or returning later in the season.  Please register your swimmer(s) online before they attend practice.

Please refer to the April practice calendar on the swimpca.org website by clicking on the Calendar button or by using this link:  https://www.teamunify.com/team/inpca/page/calendar#/views/month.  Please note that dryland practices will be added to all Age Group practice schedules for long-course season.

PCA has made significant changes to our swim groups.  PCA is introducing a new entry level group called Ripples, which expands our Club program to swimmers who would have participated in our Advanced Lessons or Developmental program in the past.  Please note that PCA will no longer offer the Developmental program; swim lessons will resume when we are allowed to use the PHS pool for lessons.  We are also restructuring our upper age groups, removing the Tidal Waves and Tsunamis groups and adding the Juniors and Senior Prep groups.  PCA’s updated USAS swim group descriptions can be found at: https://www.teamunify.com/team/inpca/page/swim-groups/usas-groups

As a result of these changes, Monthly Dues will be:

  • Seniors - $125
  • Senior Prep - $120
  • Juniors - $105
  • Breakers - $80
  • Swells - $70
  • Ripples - $55

Returning PCA Club Swimmers:  To register your swimmer(s), login to your PCA account and click the Club Online Registration button.  Emails have been sent to swimmers who will change swim groups for long-course season.

New PCA Club Swimmers:

  • Your swimmer must be assigned to a swim group before you can register them online for PCA:
    • If your child swam for the PCMS team, they do not need to be evaluated.  Before you register online, please email PCA’s Executive Director Ben Moore at [email protected] to request swim group placement for your swimmer.
    • If your child did not swim for the PCMS team, please email Ben Moore at [email protected] to schedule an evaluation for your swimmer.
  • If your family has participated in any PCA program (Club, Developmental or Lessons) in the past, you already have a PCA account.  To register your swimmer(s), go to the swimpca.org website, click the Club Online Registration button, click the Continue or Check Status button at the bottom of the webpage, and login to your PCA account. Please email Julie Beasley at [email protected] if you need assistance logging into your PCA account.
  • If your family is new to PCA, go to the swimpca.org website, click the Club Online Registration button, click the Continue or Check Status button at the bottom of the webpage, and then click the +Create New Account button.
  • Birth certificates are required for all new swimmers.  Birth certificates are required for USA Swimming membership, which is required for PCA Club team membership. Please email a scanned copy or picture of your swimmer’s birth certificate to Julie Beasley at [email protected].

Please read all Agreements included in the online registration process.  By registering, you are electronically providing your acknowledgement and agreement to the following:

  2. Photo Waiver (optional)
  3. PCA Swimmer, PCA Parent & USA Swimming Codes of Conduct
  4. Minor Athlete Abuse Prevention Policy

Registration fees: Prorated Monthly Dues will be charged for this online registration, and any outstanding fees (or credits) from previous seasons will be included in your balance due.

There is a Multi-Swimmer Discount for families with 2 or more swimmers which applies to Monthly Dues only.  The multi-swimmer discount is not automatically applied to registration fees; I will apply the multi-swimmer discount credit to your account when I process your registration.

  • 1st Swimmer (at highest fee) - full price
  • 2nd Swimmer (at 2nd highest fee) - 10% discount
  • 3rd Swimmer (at 3rd highest fee) - 20% discount
  • 4th+ Swimmer(s) - 30% discount

USA Swimming membership is required for all PCA Club swimmers.  USA Swimming offers 2 annual membership options: Flex ($20) or Premium ($81).  All new swimmers will be registered as Flex members & charged $20 Flex USA Membership Registration Fee.  Flex members are limited to participating in 2 USAS-sanctioned swim meets per year and cannot participate in championship swim meets (Divisionals, State, etc.).  A Flex Member may upgrade to Premium (unlimited) Membership at any time by paying the conversion fee of $61.

Families new to PCA will be invoiced a $25 New Swimmer Registration Fee when your registration is processed.  This is a one-time per family fee.

Payment:  At the end of the Online Registration process, you can either pay your registration fees by Credit Card (please note that a credit card processing fee of ~3% will be applied), or you can change the payment method to Check.  If you select payment by Check, your registration fees will be invoiced to your account and you will receive an invoice on the 1st of the month.  If your account is setup for automatic payment by credit card or ACH Debit from your bank account, your payment will be processed on the 1st as usual.  If paying by check, please make your check payable to PCA and place it in the PCA payment box on the wall inside the PHS pool entrance or mail your payment to PCA, PO Box 774, Plainfield, IN  46168.

Please email me at [email protected] if you have any questions about registration or payment.

We look forward to having you join PCA!

Thank you!
