Pendleton Swim Club Reporting Procedure

Members of PSC need to feel confident their concerns are being listened to by our staff. Please follow the procedure below if you suspect there is a Bullying Incident and/or other Safe Sport concerns:

  1. Swimmer and/or parent should notify the swimmer’s coach, Safe Sport Coordinator or any board member present of the incident.
  2. Swimmer’s coach will address the situation with involved parties and notify the Head Coach
  3. Depending on the incident and what was found through investigation of the incident, disciplinary action will occur
  4. The Coach and Head Coach will meet with involved parties
  5. If the incident is sexual misconduct, parents must report the incident via the online reporting link below.
