Riverside Aquatic Club is excited for our upcoming season!  This is the Electronic Registration for the 2019/2020 swim season!  Once registered you will have access to your account and all team information.  You will be able to declare for swim meets, sign up for jobs, see your child?s swim records and maintain your information.

PRACTICES START:  Tuesday, September 3, 2019 for all but Senior Prep and Senior. Senior and Senior Prep coaches will notify you of practice start date.

If you are a returning swimmer we ask that you register no later than August 6th!!

New swimmers will also register here but FIRST must be evaluated for group placement, registration for new swimmers will open August 7th.

Evaluations for new swimmers will be Wednesday and Thursday, August 7th and 8th from 5:30 to 7:00 pm.  Please come dressed to swim and bring your goggles. 

We will also have evaluation dates throughout the year for those who miss these cut off dates. 

MANDATORY PARENT MEETING DATES:

THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 19TH @ 6 PM

SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 21ST @ 9 AM

EACH FAMILY MUST BE REPRESENTED, THERE WILL BE A $50 FINE FOR THOSE NOT ATTENDING.  THIS IS OUR ONLY FULL TEAM PARENT MEETING OF THE YEAR.

2019 - 2020 RAC FEES:

  • USA REGISTRATION FEE:       $77.00 for yearly swimmer registration. 
  • RAC Activation Fee:                   $25 per swimmer up to $50 per family.

New Swimmers - REQUIRED!!  A copy of your swimmers Birth Certificate must be either emailed or submitted to our Business Mgr. Liz Mueller (riversideaquaticclub@gmail.com) as soon as possible.  They are then submitted to Indiana Swimming.

Training Fees:

Senior Session fees are for fall, spring and summer. The fall session for seniors extends from August through the State Meets in March.  Spring Session is April and May and Summer Session in June and July.  Fees are due in full at the beginning of each session.  You will pay online with credit card or echeck.  Swimmers will not be allowed to participate until fees are paid or arrangements are made with the Business Manager.

Bronze, Silver, Gold, Blue, Red and Senior Prep 1 & 2 Groups:

ALL DUES ARE CHARGED TO YOUR ACCOUNT MONTHLY.  YOU WILL BE CHARGED AT THE BEGINNING OF EACH MONTH.  THE CHARGE WILL BE PLACED AGAINST YOUR CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD ON FILE.

IF YOU CHOOSE TO BECOME INACTIVE DURING THE SEASON, YOU MUST NOTIFY US BY EMAIL (RIVERSIDEAQUATICCLUB@GMAIL.COM) PRIOR TO THE 25TH OF THE MONTH PRIOR.  FAILURE TO DO SO WILL RESULT IN THE BILLING OF THE FOLLOWING MONTH, WITH DUES TO BE PAID.  THIS RULE IS FULLY IN EFFECT.  IN ADDITION, FOR THOSE WHO LEAVE AND COME BACK THERE WILL BE AN ADDITIONAL $25 ACTIVATION FEE FOR EACH SWIMMER UP TO $50 PER FAMILY EVERY TIME YOU RETURN.

Season Training Fees:

  • Bronze  - $80 x 10 payments = $800.00
  • Silver - $90 x 10 Payments = $900.00
  • Gold - $95.00 x 10 Payments = $950.00
  • Senior Prep 2 - $105.00 x 10 Payments = $1,050.00
  • Blue - $115.00 x 10 Payments = $1,115.00
  • Senior Prep 1 - $ 125.00 x 10 Payments = $1,250.00
  • Senior - $275.00 per session: Fall, Spring and Summer = $825.00

Swimmers will be charged for Sept., Oct., Nov., Dec., Jan., Feb., April, May, June, and July.

How to REGISTER:

Click on the Registration button below.

All swimmers must register and pay online.  You will be charged (and must pay for) the Activation Fee and the USA Swimming Registration Fee.  Please carefully review and update your information.

Indicate the group your swimmer has been placed in (i.e., gold, silver, blue) or the last group they were in.  When you are approved onto the team the business manager will place your swimmer in a roster group (gold 1, silver 2, etc.)

Following the initial registration, all recurring charges (monthly payments) or non-recurring charges (meet fees, teamwear, etc.) will be charged to your saved payment choice on the 1st of each month following the date of invoice.
