Riverside Aquatic Club is excited for our upcoming season!  This is the Electronic Registration for the 2021/2022 swim season!  Once registered you will have access to your account and all team information.  You will be able to declare for swim meets, sign up for jobs, see your child's swim records and maintain your information.

PRACTICES START:  September 7th. 

If you are a returning swimmer we ask that you register as soon as you can. 

New swimmers will also register here but FIRST must be evaluated for group placement.

We will also have evaluation dates throughout the year.

MANDATORY PARENT MEETING DATES TO BE ADVISED. 

EACH FAMILY MUST BE REPRESENTED, THERE WILL BE A $50 FINE FOR THOSE NOT ATTENDING.  THIS IS OUR ONLY FULL TEAM PARENT MEETING OF THE YEAR.

2021/2022 RAC FEES:

  • USA REGISTRATION FEE:       $83.00 for yearly swimmer registration.
  • USA REGISTRATION FEE         $20.00 for Seniors who choose Flex membership (only 2 meets for the year)
  • RAC Activation Fee:                   $25 per swimmer up to $50 per family.

New Swimmers REQUIRED!!  A copy of your swimmers Birth Certificate must be either emailed or submitted to our Business Mgr. Liz Mueller ([email protected]) as soon as possible.  They are then submitted to Indiana Swimming.

Training Fees:

You will pay online with credit card or echeck.  Swimmers will not be allowed to participate until fees are paid.

 

ALL DUES ARE CHARGED TO YOUR ACCOUNT MONTHLY.  YOU WILL BE CHARGED AT THE BEGINNING OF EACH MONTH.  THE CHARGE WILL BE PLACED AGAINST YOUR CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD ON FILE.

IF YOU CHOOSE TO BECOME INACTIVE DURING THE SEASON, YOU MUST NOTIFY US BY EMAIL ([email protected]PRIOR TO THE 25TH OF THE MONTH PRIOR.  FAILURE TO DO SO WILL RESULT IN THE BILLING OF THE FOLLOWING MONTH, WITH DUES TO BE PAID.  THIS RULE IS FULLY IN EFFECT.  IN ADDITION, FOR THOSE WHO LEAVE AND COME BACK THERE WILL BE AN ADDITIONAL $25 ACTIVATION FEE FOR EACH SWIMMER UP TO $50 PER FAMILY EVERY TIME YOU RETURN.

HIGH SCHOOL:

High School Swimmers will pay either the $83.00 USA Swimming Registration Fee or the $20 Flex membership fee which only allows them to swim in 2 USA Swimming meets.  $25.00 RAC Administration Fee at the start of the season.  High School Swimmers will be assessed monthly fees in September, October, April, May, June and July.

Bronze, Silver, Gold, Blue, Red and Senior Prep 1 & 2 Groups:

Season Training Fees:

  • Bronze  - $80 x 10 payments = $800.00
  • Silver - $90 x 10 Payments = $900.00
  • Gold - $95.00 x 10 Payments = $950.00
  • Senior Prep 2 - $105.00 x 10 Payments = $1,050.00
  • Blue - $115.00 x 10 Payments = $1,115.00
  • Senior Prep 1 - $ 125.00 x 10 Payments = $1,250.00
  • Senior - $140.00 per month

Swimmers will be charged starting September 1st and continue for Oct., Nov., Dec., Jan., Feb., April, May, June, & July. 

How to REGISTER:

Click on the Registration button below.

All swimmers must register and pay online.  You will be charged (and must pay for) the Activation Fee and the USA Swimming Registration Fee.  Please carefully review and update your information.

Please place your swimmer in the last group they were in ex. Gold, Blue, Silver.  When you are approved onto the team the business manager will place your swimmer in a roster group (gold 1, silver 2, etc.)  If your swimmer is a Freshman through Senior in High School they should be placed in the Senior Group.

Following the initial registration, all recurring charges (monthly payments) or non-recurring charges (meet fees, teamwear, etc.) will be charged to your saved payment choice on the 1st of each month following the date of invoice.
