Level 1 - Preschool Beginner, if your child is new to swimming and is between the ages of 3-5 this would be the class for them.  We introduce entering and exiting the water unassisted, floating, and bubbles. Comfort in the water is the main focus in this level..

Level 2 - Introduction to Fundamentals, is a class for those children who are still beginners needing an introduction to skills and gaining comfort in the water.  We work on floating, holding breath for 3-5 seconds while submerging, and introducing strokes. If your child cannot float unassisted and needs to be introduced to swimming strokes this is the class for them.

Level 3 - Intermediate, in this level we are working on the fundamentals of swimming. If your child can demonstrate a freestyle or backstroke arm while assisted and float for five seconds on their own then this is the class for them! By the end of this class they will be swimming unassisted freestyle and backstroke for at least 5 yards.

Level 4, in this level we are working on fine-tuning the freestyle and back strokes and introducing other competitive strokes. They will be working on an introduction to diving and swimming up to 25 yards. They will also be swimming with rotary breathing.
